  1. All permits and applications are public record…..the Canadian DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT issues these and needs a viable reason to delay ! I hope rick sues the prick and is awarded the claim and money back,,,,,,! And Troy can Pack Sand. Make an example out of this Greedy move..!

  2. Looks like Troy has really FKD Rick over bad. Troy needs to do the right thing, refund the gold payment until the license renewal or refund everything but a reasonable percentage of the gold mined each season. Rick apparently sees he's been used & mislead.
