  1. You are doing your best, dont take one critique so seriously, take your time and enjoy, the person who critique was impatient in that moment and took it on you… (sorry my english, its not my language)

  2. You've covered a lot of topics about narcissism. I am curious what does "how to love yourself" mean from your perspective. I have been learning that it means to take good care of myself physically, let myself feel my emotions (even the really painful ones), take action to make things better when possible, not sacrifice myself for others but take responsibility, not hurt others but if someone feels hurt when I say no or they try to cross my boundary it is no longer my issue and so on.. so what does loving yourself mean?

  3. Yep that’s what made me stop watching ramney because she was in the face of a huge narcissist and pretended otherwise. Like girl hush you know Jada has NPD

  4. 1:02:34 Yes, double standards. Many 'subclinical' men would display hyperaggression and hyperbrutality and hyperhorror signals if one day they experienced a woman's position, especially if a target somehow, and facing men 2x as big and 5x as strong.

So that's a fiber of thought, maybe errant or enabling, or maybe a fairly structured padding in defense of your character against sterile and unrealistic alleged 'clinical threshold' thorniness.

(Doesn't a rose have thorns,) and isn't the most ferocious beast known to be the mother?

Just food for thought, I have no opinion on how you ought to perceive things.

Anyway, I appreciate your insightful commentary on 'strange' relationship dynamics.
