Hello, A.C.T. fans! After popular demand, we investigate Puppy Linux DevuanPup! We are going to try and install it and see how similar the installation procedure is in comparison to normal pups. Bear in mind that the official Puppy (FossaPup) does not use full systemd, just has some libraries needed for certain packages to function. In this video, we will be installing DevuanPup puppy linux in a virtualbox VM. We will try it on real hardware in a future video. We will be using ‘devuanpup64-Synaptic-LXDE-RC-1.1.iso’ by josejp2424. It is based on DEVUAN CHIMAERA which, in turn, is based on DEBIAN BULLSEYE. Buckle up and let’s begin!
