People in central west NSW left ‘flabbergasted’ by gold mine cancellation



News South Wales Opposition Leader Mark Speakman says people in the central west are “flabbergasted” by Tanya Plibersek’s decision to cancel a gold mine in the area.

Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek vetoed a $1 billion gold mine over Aboriginal cultural grounds.

Mr Speakman told Sky News Australia that the cancellation of the gold mine has “come as a great shock”.

    Just protecting the irreplaceable from the gold mines proposed waste site so to appease investors..
