Outlook 2007 Windows Live Mail Error 550 5.1.0 Port 995 587 from 110 25 Conversion

A common error in older Office Outlook versions if Ports 110 and 25 for POP that is causing problems with servers that now use Ports 995 and 587. FOr older Office Outlook versions Ports 110 and 25 must be converted to newer ports 995 and 587 along with adding TLS. The latest Outlook versions using authentication and ports 995 and 587. The older ports 110 and 25 SMTP may now get SEND rejects 550 5.1.0. Similarly for Windows Live mail, turn on SMTP authentication and enter credentials after clicking require SMTP authentication in settings.
