  1. Since we are on the topic of tools, most specifically wheel and tire brushes.. The Detail Factory fender well brush build quality is quite nice, reminds me of my old Mothers extended reach brush I had back in the day. Have you considered offering the GO EZ brush instead? I picked one up from P&S and I always grab it to clean my truck wheel wells 99% of the time and not the DF brush. I find the wide and roundness of this brush achieves all of the contours needed for a thorough cleaning. You pretty much already do this on your cars with the BIG EZ brush.

  2. I’m sure you’ve considered it, but I could see a “Junior Master Collection” being a really viable option for people. Half the amount of pads and towels, “starter” polishers, and the small containers and/or filled pressols. That could be a great solution for anyone who wants to get into detailing and wants to purchase a comprehensive starter kit

  3. Matt I was going to go active 2.0. But now you got me thinking about the comet since watching this. You think the comet worth twice the price? I don't wash nearly as often as you do and I like that it's serviceable. You think long term it's the better option? Is the pump and build quality better then the active 2.0?

  4. Hey Matt, that was me regarding the damaged cox reel you were talking about on your livestream. I’d love to email you (or someone) directly with my concerns/frustration. Sorry, I just felt like I had no other way to get a response. This isn’t a platform to find resolution. I work in a business where customer service and quality is priority, I’m an extremely reasonable guy to work with.
