  1. food for thought as I've noticed ide virt drives will act slow, but for WinServers that arnt gonna do a lot of disk IO thats fine, say you were doing LLMs and/or gaming setting these to virtio @ install time would speed stuff up a lot compared to ide OR even sata, tho if you have existing VMs with SATA you can check the SSD box to help speed it up a little more vs reinstalling an OS (windows) you should be able to "detach" and attach as virtio disk for Linux w/o reinstalling to get the best disk IO on NVMe drives, other thought would be to create a ZFS stripe for both 2TB NVMe drives, but you'd need to go to the commandline for that setup as its not an option in the proxmox GUI to setup stripes (RAID0) just some level of redundancy to get the best possible speed for some VMs and such
