Moonton I am severely disappointed in you. I really don't think your people were putting their all into the making of phoveus. Maybe it really was an honest mistake and I can understand that you don't want the new heroes to be too op as before, but phoveus has hundreds of issues I can talk about. For one, his ult is too slow and unreliable to be landed. My second point is that his skill 2 is too slow as well, it shouldn't be instant but much faster than it is now as it is also unreliable and too reactable. He has no movement without marks which make it impossible for him to land the marks themselves, therefore he needs a mobility skill that does not require marks. Flicker is not a solution as it has a long cooldown and if it fails it's certain death. Ult needs more range as marked enemies can easily escape. My suggestions are increasing the speed of skill 2, making his ult almost instant, increase range of ult (optional), give him a movement speed skill that reduces damage (or gives shield) and increases speed. An optional change that would be appreciated is applying a mark on every skill 1 instead of every second skill 1. If there is a need to compensate for this buff you can reduce the damage on his skill 1 to guarantee the mark.
