The “anti-social” aspect of cluster B personality disorders, such as those exhibited by psychopaths and narcissists, doesn’t refer to avoiding social interactions. Instead, it means a disregard for social norms and customs. Contrary to being withdrawn, psychopaths and narcissists are often highly social, actively seeking out new relationships. Their obsession with making new friends and social connections is a tactic to find and trap victim.
