Have you tried any kind of UV with those settings? I bet you’d benefit a lot
If you disable USB’s you need, you don’t have to redo bios. All you need to do is clear CMOS
Just curious, why have you not undervolted cpu core voltage to help more with temperatures?

Same config as yours, but with tomahawk wifi. Config is very good. voltage dropped from 1.68max to 1.420max and tems are in mid 70s unde rload. Cinebench score is better and cpu is cooler. Cheers.
I aim for a .030v droop from idle to load. Never had any issues
RTLs can come down a lot, you can probably lose another 3ns by tuning those if your willing to spend a couple of hours finding the sweet spot. I like to set them regardless because of training inconsistencies
you should lower your CPU VDDQ (TX) voltage, 1.4v is excessive at 7466mhz. 1.25v should be fine. VDD2 (IMC) is safe at 1.4v tho
Setting twrrdsg + dg too low will pass stability testing but will reduce performance, Just in case I recommend testing 62/54 to see if performance increases.
