Modifying the XCP-ng/Xen Server host's default SR – Working Around the Local Cache (SR_IS_CACHE_SR)

In this quick walkthrough, we will modify the default Storage Repository (SR) that was created by the XCP-ng installer. This allows you to change the allocation of the physical disks without reinstalling the host. We will be using the Xen CLI interface, as well as Xen Orchestra.
