This latest optional update (now in final testing) completes the work to comply with the GB18030-2022 requirements, introduces websites to the Recommended section of the Start menu and also includes numerous bug fixes. If you have “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available” toggled on, there is a possibility that Microsoft could start pushing out the 23H2 feature update. The update will push Windows 11 22H2 to Build 22621.2359 and will be released to the Stable Channel shortly.
