Provisioning Exchange Mailboxes is not a simple task, you need to be careful whenever you try to assign a mailbox to the users and create a respective database.
In this video, we will create multiple Microsoft Exchange Databases based on the department.
First, we will connect the PowerShell ise and will import the exchange management shell to Powershell ise. Then we will create Multiple databases with the help of a script based on the AD user department.
Therefore we will create the Database by the name of Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, and Managers.
After that, we will collect the user in the department that has no mailbox assigned.
Then script will assign the mailbox to those users and will send the welcome email from the admin account.
Finally, it will show the database-mounted status.
