Making an Airport From Scratch | Singapore Changi

Last year, I built a model of Chicago’s O’hare Intenational airport. It turned out phenomenal. This year, as my channel was nearing the incredible 100,000 subscriber milestone, I knew I needed to do something special, something even bigger than last year. Why not build another airport? But not just any airport, build the world’s BEST airport, that being Singapore Changi. It all started from a simple idea, made into a physical object. How did I do it? How did I construct this MASSIVE airport from nearly complete scratch items? Watch the video to find out, and make sure to leave a like and subscribe if you haven’t already!

Feel free to use this video as a tutorial to build a similar model airport of your own, but of course, this particular model was quite unique. If you’re looking for a more simple and detailed tutorial, I’d recommend cheking out my model airport construction video from last year right here:

Check out my very first model airport as well (Tokyo Haneda):

  1. I have a question, so why did you put double-sided tape down on the cardboard and add the paper? Why can't you just put glue on the paper and put it on the cardboard? Since I am currently working on an airport and it's very hard to put the paper on the tape. It took me 2 hours to put tape on the section of cardboard, and, on another section of the cardboard, I just put glue on that section, and it just took me around 7 minutes. (P.S. it's TUL the airport)

  2. Wow this was amazing and deserves a sub!! I still have no clue how you shaved the pastel so easily. I'm trying to build Denver International Airport and this is going to give me lots of tips on what to do. The detail was absolutely incredible with the waterfall, all the plants, the roads, and more. You did so good compared to all your old model videos and I respect that. Nice job ice!!😁

  3. This is absolutely beautiful! It's really nice to see you start from scratch instead of just buying a lot of products and putting them together, so creative and materials used perfectly! Love it!!!! 💖
