The copper landline to the house I live in is noisy and fails when a heavy rain storms pass by. To improve the household phone system I deployed a three phone DECT > UT-ATA Analog Telephone Adapter > USW-Pro 24-PoE > UDM Pro. AT&T landline number ported to UniFi, sign up for UniFi Talk Pro, adopt & upgrade the ATA to have the phone running over a 300 over 300 Mbps fiber Internet link. My monthly Internet connection and UniFi phone plan costs $48.00 less a month than the landline connection. FYI The voicemail is on the DECT base station NOT in UniFi Talk.
