Couple of questions: 1) Did you disable secure boot in UEFI? 2) Is this Kali 2024.3? If so, just go back a version as 2024.3 has installer issues. 3) Why on Earth do you want to install Kali? It is usually recommended to make a bootable USB for this as Kali defaults to root privileges.
But give #1 and #2 a try. I had the exact same problems on my laptop that you are having here with the current version when trying to install it into a VM as well as creating the live USB. Going back to the prior version fixed this issue.
