Due to some bugs in version 5.2.0, users experienced a problem with permissions to folders/files.
When upgrading to version 5.2.0 such problems will not be detected because during the upgrade process permissions are set automatically correctly.
Fixing the error, for sites that were created from version 5.2.0 and installation was done from ZIP, is possible with the Joomla 5.2.2 update.
