Phenomenal podcast as usual
Great interview! Scott is the man!
👌👌👌👌🙌
This is probably one of the best interviews. I’ve heard with Dr. Stevenson. Just an incredible amount of information. Good questions, great answers, awesome discussion.
This was great convo. What I got from this is, there is no "best way to train" Some people respond better to low volume some people respond better to high volume and there are many different factors that play into why prefered training styles. People see Ryan Jewers and Paul Carter ( no shade to them very smart guys) post a study, make conclusions based on that one study and now everyone thinks you have to train how the influencer says.
If you want to find out if something works for you or not, try it and see if your making the progress youve been lookimlng for. If not, try something else. But dont think you have to train a certain way just cuz Tiktok tells you to.
You gotta get Jordan Peters on a podcast
One of the best guys in bodybuilding, brains and such a good guy💪
