What is the card/coin you would recommend someone noob to mining to start with?
Sorry with all respect stay with the long established Cryptos as Ergo, Ravencoin , Neoxa, CloreAI & Flux. If you run on each of these cryptos at least each a set of 8 3070 or better 3070 TI you will makee every day between $35/50 & most important you have to hold at least 2/3 of the cryptos & sell only 1/3 every 3 month to cover your expenses as long as the Crypto reaches its previous all time high which will start this Autumn well through the spring of 2025.

Crazy seeing relatively little output given what must have been tremendous input to set yourself up with the rigs and GPUs
Looking at your numbers, I’m wondering if something is off with your OCs. I’m running 2 NVIDIA gpu rigs with 12 cards total and I’m mining more than double yield and less power. Plus I’m certain my OCs aren’t the best. Maybe mining pug and kas is hurting your daily profits? That’s the main difference I see between our K1pool daily profits
Don't forget to calculate your potential trading, exchange, and withdrawal fees and taxes. Then there's your time spent doing all of the above. Optimistic Yield farming is draining.
The power consumptin does not include powersupplies and fans. Hive doesn't factor those in.
ive been cpu mining monero with my dual xeon x99 server mother board it has 64gb of ddr4 ram and 2 xeon 2680 v4s for a total of 28 cores and 56 threads to cpu mine with aslo on that same rig i also do gpu mining i got 5 gpus atm mining etc i know its not the most efficient thing to mine with the gpus but i get basically free power so i do it more for a hobby and free heat in the winter

I am jealous, you paid far less to get in on mining Jack. I was paying 600$/RX580 8GB gpu when i got started. All those crappy cards i got (vegas were amazing for eth) did ROI quickly, but now they are collecting dust. The older AMD cards are really good on ERGO, so once i get my power cost to zero with a solar farm, that is what they are going to do.
Luckily i managed to figure out pretty quickly that the RX 3000 series GPUs are far better long term, so i started buying 3060 12GB cards and 3060ti, 3080, 3090.
I once paid 3200$CAD for a 3080 10GB card, not my best moment, although when i was delivered a photo of a GPU on ebay that was actually so funny, since they didnt even give me a good picture. It was a black and white photocopy of a photo of a gpu.
I did get my money back at least

Look into profit switchers like Rainbow Miner and pools like Zergpool if you ever want to just pull out an all btc run.
I appreciate how you show all your numbers and stats. All of my GPU's have been off while i slowly work on my new man cave crypto space. but i do have 2 CPU miners running. I should be moving some items into my space this week!
Sad I am still loosing more money, please any recommendations on how to make a profitable investment in this market, I am skeptical if this bull will continue to recoup my losses.
