INTEL latency issue PT. 3 – PLUS the new INTEL DOWNFALL up to 50% performance loss.



This is a follow up video to the original latency issue video, posted nearly a month back. Many people have been upset with how the newer CPUs have been performing in basic tasks, and professional workloads. I have been trying many fixes over the past 6 months or so, and here are a few that seem to have the systems experiencing the issue working a little better for the most part.
