I bought a laptop with an Intel Core i9-13980HX (Hybrid architecture P + E cores), and most of my critical tasks were running with efficiency cores (E-cores) instead of performance cores (P-cores). This issue was killing me to the point that I almost returned the computer π€¬. At this point, I found a solution that works most of the time. Hopefully, this will also help you. By the way, I am still facing problems with a few applications, but nothing critical.
