your videos are very helpful but i encounter an error trying to install vCenter on a win 2019 vm. i get an error message on page 3 of the install wizard "Failed to get an SSL thumbprint of the target server certificate" i'm stuck how to fix it

You have added em to the cluster… How can you now add 10 users, where each user have a pool, but can't see the other users pools?
