Installing another popular “flavour” of Linux, this time it’s Ubuntu and we’ll see it in both Desktop and Server editions. The Server edition is a lightweight version, command line only and great for installing … well, servers – webservers, DNS servers etc. The desktop version is a great alternative to Windows, especially if you have an older laptop or PC knocking around which is struggling to run Windows.
We may hit a few bumps on the way and -Spoiler Alert- the dog gets his walk in the end! So, sit back, relax and let’s get installing!
