Installing Kali Linux on VirtualBox & VMware



A guide on installing Kali Linux image using VirtualBox or VMware.

Enter BIOS/UEFI Settings:

Restart your computer.
During the boot process, enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. This is usually done by pressing a key such as F2, F10, F12, Delete, or Esc—the specific key depends on your computer’s manufacturer.
Enable VT-x (Intel Virtualization Technology):

Once in the BIOS/UEFI settings, look for a tab or menu related to CPU settings, advanced settings, or similar.

Find an option related to Intel Virtualization Technology (often listed as VT-x, Intel VT, or similar).
Set this option to Enabled.
Save the changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F10 or selecting the Save and Exit option).
