you may play D2R in linux using lutris. You may install the known mod manager D2RMM and the extendedStash mod, if you like. In order to keep things clean you must
– install battle.net
– install the battle.net launcher (its in the battle.net installation folder) as an executable. You will be using this to update the client
– copy d2rmm in the battle.net folders and install it as an executable
– install extendedStash by copying it in the mods folder
