System Requirements
1. Operating System:
β’ Windows 8.1 or later (Windows 10 and 11 are fully supported).
2. Processor:
β’ A modern Intel or AMD processor. VirtualBox supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems, but the host OS should ideally be 64-bit for better performance.
3. Memory (RAM):
β’ At least 4 GB of RAM, although more is recommended depending on the number of virtual machines (VMs) you intend to run concurrently.
4. Storage:
β’ Sufficient hard disk space. Each VM will require its own disk space, so ensure you have adequate space for the OS and applications you plan to install in your VMs. A few gigabytes to several tens of gigabytes might be needed per VM.
5. BIOS/UEFI Settings:
β’ Virtualization Technology (VT-x for Intel processors and AMD-V for AMD processors) should be enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings.
