Artisanal miners must be regulated if we are to stop the scourge of illegal mining in the country. That’s according to Northern Cape Premier, Zamani Saul. Illegal mining is back in the spotlight with the recent incident where an unknown number of illegal miners remain underground in a Stilfontein abandoned mine. Saul says a police crackdown alone won’t solve the problem. #dstv403
