As a escooter rider. Thatβs cap motorcycle are way more stables, more durable and overall more safe. Everyone know you here cause of the sound of the bike and you have way more respect on the roads. But yeah scooter are great too
Talking from experience! They are def safer by way of your up higher n ppl see you better. Ppl also try and race you waaay less cause your on a scooter so when ya burn off on em you got some space
Iβve been on two wheels since 5. Rode motorcycles since I was 16 Iβm 55 now and I bought my first Inmotion RS three years ago. My motorcycles are collecting dust now π. Everything this guy says is true. Plus 65+ mph is the deal breaker. But I need a bigger battery for more mileage. A replacement upgraded battery is doable on this model. Please Inmotion; I know all us fans would buy it π
Thatβs not the point, I bet your scooter would fall flat on its side trying to make half the turns that Motorcycles can. I can admit that these may be more beginner friendly, but beyond that theyβre entirely more dangerous than a Motorcycle
Those are cool but as a motorcycle rider canβt take them on the freeway/highway and would be unsafe where I live. Also the road conditions are horrible in a lot of areas. I live in Los Angeles County
The acceleration and braking power of a motorcycle will get you out of harm in a way that a scooter never could. Also, an emergency maneuver (a hard swerve for example) is gonna send you flying off a scooter, where, if done correctly, a motorcycle will get thru it without an issue. A motorcycles tire size and wheel gyroscopic effect is the advantage in an emergency. Plus that "sitting vs standing" thing? You'll end up doing a flying cart wheel if you run into something, where a motorcycle would likely stop before you ever could (if you dont believe that, ride next to a m/c at whatever the top speed of your scooter is and have a "brake to zero" contest). Your theory might apply to a heavy bike like a Harley, but to a sportbike? Never. You have MUCH more control over a sportbike than you do over a scooter. And before you say that I dont know what Im talking about, I've owned scooters and motorcycles for years, and currently own both an Inmotion RS AND a Suzuki GSX1300R (Hayabusa). No disrespect intended friend, but you're absolutely wrong regarding the safety of a scooter vs a motorcycle, at least where a sportbike is concerned.
Well not all motorcycles the same the touring and adventure are way higher than the sport and classic ones, not to mention how much more stable the motorcycles is when hitting a bump or pit + falling from it while sitting is way way safer than falling from a scooter while standing and the damage will be double if not triple the motorcycle since most motorcycles accident you will be sliding the road and not falling directly on it.
Idk all I need to see is the stuff in front of me not everything in front of the other car. Motorcycles are a lot better in speed power and reliability. The sound is also better, not to mention you guys gotta charge your scooter for a long time while we can just simply fill her up. Not hating but I think electric is just not my type of shit ππ
Bro forgot you can stand on a bike. Besides cops in my state will pull you for a 30mph scooter but wont give a shit about a 35mph bike. Also e scooter will never be safer than bikes in wet conditions. Bigger tire is less likely to slide.
