I have EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) so yes, not only am I VERY hyper-mobile but sadly I have a host of health problems (like veins that burst for no reason, etc). Have you been tested for EDS?
This is a good thing? Being hyper mobile has ruined my whole childhood I’m in constant pain and can’t do the things my friends can 😭😭 lol I’m just bitter
C'est le test de Beighton, c'est de la merde, et c'est né d'une étude raciale. Il serait temps de faire un meilleur test mais les médecins ne sont pas très intéressés =_=
Lol I got 6. I can only do the one thumb cuz it’s been dislocated about three times. And my knees both do the thing…or my left knee used to before I had surgery on it. It’s normal now. The palms on the ground is a bit tough, but it’s doable….
Now I understand how the reumatologist scored me 9/9 😂 although I never gave much thought abt my elbows and knees extension as they are not that visible from my point of view
8- Hypermobile here but I have systemic lupus with moderate to severe joint damage in my knees, hips and spine so I was told it hiders me more than helps unfortunately
Hyper fllexible , and now 65 years, I think it was my birth already.. However , with 20 years M-Crohns and still healing from that. How is that possible ?
6😊
