How Windows 11 23H2 update install behaves on PC meeting requirements vs not meeting requirements

Since I had the PortaCube home for maintenance, I figured I would demonstrate how Windows Update on Windows 11 23H2 behaves on a system meeting the EliteClass minimum system requirements when it comes to the 23H2 Update. As expected, Windows Update did not hesitate to present the update to Windows 11 23H2. In comparison, the Cube Computer Plexi which does not meet the requirements, quietly denies the update and just claims “You’re up to date”. This is a bit concerning as there’s no telling how many people could unknowingly be running a Windows 11 system not meeting the requirements. And Windows 11 installed on such system will just act like everything’s fine, with no notifications of the system requirements not being met. Personally, I think the Windows 11 system requirements are ridiculous, which is why I refer to them as the “EliteClass minimum system requirements”.
