HyperV is a virtualization technology that allows you to create and run virtual machines on your Windows 11 device A virtual machine is a software version of a computer that can run different operating systems and applications. Hyper-V is useful for testing, development, education, and security purposes
Check the hyper v service from Command prompt
SC query vmms
From services
From task manager
Go to RUN WINDOW KEY R type taskmgr Go to performence CPU Utilization Bottom right side Virtulization Enable Disable
IF DISABLE
Go to Control pannel Programs Turn Windows Feature on Check for Hyper V and click all boxes and Apply

Restart your System Go to BIOS with Esc, F1, F2, F10, F12, or Del. and Chipset VMMS or Virtualization Technology VTx Virtualization Technology Directed VTd for INTEL BASED CPU
BIOS MIT Advance Frequency Setting Advance CPU Setting SVM Mode Secure Virtualization Machine Enable Save & Exit

Go Start menu search for Hyper V manager Create a virtual Machine
Quick Create select any OS you want to create Click create VM
I have created a VM So cancelling the process
