Not bad tips, except for "Number of processors" option, that setting is best left on default. Windows will automatically use how many cores it can use for each aplication, changing that option wont change performance, or in some cases that I've personally seen it will even make performance worse.
OMG why are ppl still including dumb tips like tweak system config, please do some research instead of blindly copying other vids like this. Running sysconfig and setting the # of CPU's does absolutely NOTHING AT ALL! Seriously, a 10 second google search would have told you this. The system already uses all cores by default, the option in sysconfig won't change that, the option is only there for troubleshooting purposes if you need to limit the CPU to use less cores than it has. Matter of fact, almost everything in sysconfig is purely for troubleshooting and 99.9% of users should never touch it because it's a good way to mess up your rig if you don't know what you're doing in there.
Storage sense is another fail, while it can free up some space you completely fail to mention you need to adjust the settings lest it delete all your downloaded files and a few other things you might want to keep. You also completely fail to realize this will do absolutely nothing to improve your gaming performance, like literally nothing at all. The amount of free space on your drive has no effect on how the PC or a game performs. Unless you've literally stuffed your drive so full there's no room for temp files, at which point gaming is the least of your problems and you should probably get rid of all your porn you downloaded and free up space rather than trying to play a game.
A better tip for gaming is stop overclocking your CPU. Turn turbo/boosting off. Most games aren't really CPU intensive as the GPU does most of the work so you won't really lose any performance by limiting the CPU to it's stock speed. What it will do is drop your overall CPU temps by 10 – 20 degrees so it doesn't throttle on you after an hour and you won't notice any difference when playing most games or just using your PC to surf the web, check email etc. With turbo on the computer relies heavily on boosting the 2 or 3 fastest cores while virtually ignoring the rest of the cores and HT threads. Turning turbo off will force windows to use all the cores and HT threads so you'll get virtually identical performance but with less energy usage and less heat being generated, which will allow you to game longer without your CPU throttling.
Another good tip for novices is to go into the BIOS and make sure XMP is enabled so you're using your ram at it's fastest speed. Most prebuilt computers don't activate that by default so your ram will be running at a much lower speed than it's probably capable of.
