This video details the installation of Windows 11 Pro (Ver, 24H2) on a Dell Optiplex 7460. I used a 32GB (a 16GB drive will also suffice) USB drive formatted and configured using a program called:

I downloaded the Windows 24H2 iso image from:

(Microsoft)

From a cold start, (F12) gets you to the boot menu of nearly all Dell systems. Use (F9) if your system is HP.
