This video shows how to easily install PyAudio on Linux and Windows. For Windows, use gitbash. PyAudio provides Python bindings for PortAudio v19, the cross-platform audio I/O library.
It fixes following errors:
OSError: libespeak.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
