You need to get altstore, which is cydia impactor alternative, on iphone or ipad if you want to sign the IPA files on your device.
Go to this official altstore website, altstore.io, it’s available for Mac OS and Windows versions. Go to this website and download the Alt Server’s Windows version on your computer. Click on this and it’ll download the ZIP file in your computer.
once that is completed, now we need to download and install the iTunes and iCloud on the computer as well. This is the necessary for altstore windows download.
Remember that, you need to download both of these from the Apple website, not from Microsoft store. If you already have installed these from Microsoft store, delete them and download them again from Apple website.
