How To Fix Task Scheduler Service Is Not Available Error on Windows 11/10:
1. Change the Task’s Network Condition
2. Edit the Schedule Registry Key
3. Edit the TimeBrokerSvc Registry Key
4. Rename the Tree Registry Key
5. Factory Reset Windows
6. Windows Update

Registry Keys Updates:
1.1 Navigate to ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServices1.2 Schedule the Schedule key, double-click on the Start, and set the DWORD value to 2
2.1 Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesTimeBrokerSvc
2.2 Double-click on the Start, and set the DWORD value to 3
3.1 Navigate to ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionScheduleTaskCacheTree
3.2 Right-click on the Tree, select Rename, then input Tree.old to rename the key

We recommend that you restart your PC after each solution, and if none of the solutions work, then try reinstalling Windows altogether. Meant for all current Windows versions: XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, and of course Windows 10 and Windows 11.
