My window is not booting up and I tried all command prompt fixes but they won’t work but this fix which I mentioned in the video works best for me to fix that problem.

If the problem still exists then do this:
Step 1. Remove all peripheral hardware devices attached to your computer (except the keyboard and mouse).
Step 2. Remove any CD, USB and DVDs from their respective ports.
Step 3. Restart your computer to see if the computer starts normally.
