  1. I am coming on here to let all users know I was having this issue, my PC would shut down get a black screen usually I was playing World of Warcraft, the screen would go black come up and say power save mode or no display. I literally racked my brain trying to figure it out. I downloaded all the tools to test my PC everything, OCCT, MSI Afterburner, I ran Event Viewer checked every code……updated my PC with all the drivers, I removed my Graphics Card a Nvidia Geforce RTX 3050, reseated it, bought new Ram, I had even bought a new monitor. Until I finally discovered what it was…..omg! I am going to save you some time if I can. If you have tried everything else and NOTHING fixed it for you, I had just bought a Wireless Headset to play my games with, it used bluetooth on my phone and my pc etc. It was the headset. Once I changed that, (I did also change my CMOS Battery) and reran all my tools it was the culprit. Mine was an earbay headset. You may have to update your bluetooth drivers, you may have to get a new headset because some of these don't play nice together. But try the battery first believe me these 2 things were my issue and I saved hundreds on buying a new PC or Graphics Card. Good luck!!!!

  2. i did the 10010 and this 10016.

both didnt help. still crashing my pc.

    update:
the problem started after i updated my bios to "latest" (september 2023) from gigabyte.

    fix????:
gigabyte deleted that bios version on their page (v. F56f) that causes the PC to crash after the 10016 error and uploaded the latest December 2023 update v. F56g. this bios update fix the crashing problem for me and my 2nd pc with the same a320m-s2h-cf motherboard. the 10016 is still there but its not causing any more problem for me.
