How to Enable VT-x/AMD-V in UEFI BIOS (ASUS, ASROCK, GIGABYTE, MSI)



In this video tutorial, i will guide you through the process of enabling virtualization in your BIOS settings.
1. Asrock
Intel :
Advanced – CPU Configuration – Set “Intel Virtualization Technology” to “Enabled”
Advanced -Chipset Configuration – Set “VT-d” to “Enabled”
AMD :
Advanced – CPU Configuration – Set “SVM Mode” to “Enabled”

2. ASUS
Intel :
Advanced – CPU Configuration – Set “Intel Virtualization Technology” to “Enabled”
Advanced – CPU Configuration – Set “VT-d” to “Enabled”

AMD :
Advanced – CPU Configuration – Set “SVM Mode” to “Enabled”

3. Gigabyte
Old UI
Chipset – Intel Virtualization Technology
M.I.T. – Advanced Frequency Settings – Advanced CPU Settings -SVM Mode
M.I.T. – Advanced CPU Core Settings – SVM Mode
New UI
Tweaker – Advanced CPU Settings – SVM Mode
Tweaker – Advanced CPU Settings – Intel Virtualization Technology
4. MSI
Overclocking settings – CPU Features
Intel
Set “Intel Virtualization Tech” to “Enabled”
AMD
Set “SVM Mode” to “Enabled”
