commands used –
1. press “e” of f10 (whatever you want to)
2. go down linux then right to the end of the line where word “splash” written.
3. remove this to the word “r”
4. then type this command –
5. rw init=/bin/bash ( Remember, if you haven’t removed the “r” word mentioned in the 4th line, then start with “w” because “r” only appears once)
6. then save it by pressing ctrl + x
7. then ls /home and hit enter
8. where you find root username
9. now just type “passwd and the username” which you got in 8th line command
10. set a new password hit enter
11. retype it Hit enter
12. then reboot it by typing = reboot -f
13. done you have completely changed you kali Linux password
