How to Add Linux Server & Workstation for Backup | BDRSuite



Welcome to the BDRSuite How-to Series! In this video, we will guide you through the process of adding a Linux machine (Both Linux Server and Linux Workstation/Endpoint) for backup.

Steps Covered:

1. Log in to the BDRSuite Backup Server console. Navigate to the ‘Data Sources – Servers & Endpoints’ menu.
2. Download and Install the BDRSuite Backup Agent on each Linux machine you plan to backup.
3. Upon successful installation, backup agent automatically connects the Linux host to the backup server and listed as a Data Source for backup
4. You can then configure Files & Folders backup for Linux Servers & Endpoints and protect them.
