#Role: #Automation_Lead or #Architect – #Python
#Job_Description
To support the engineering and IT teams, you will be in charge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing the automation infrastructure, tools, and apps. You will pinpoint areas where automation and tooling help are needed, deliver software solutions that are thoroughly documented, tested, and authored, and fulfill deadlines and predetermined milestones.
#Key_Responsibilities
• Build a Python Automation Suite for hardware platforms used in servers.
• Able to Architect/Design Automation Suite to support multiple platforms.
• Led the automation team & fulfilled the deadline of deliverables.
• Build and compose tests for firmware and system software components.
• Build and manage suites of automated regression tests.
• Collaborate alongside internal and external stakeholders to establish testing
specifications, priorities, and deliverables that complement the schedule and roadmap for the program.
• To comprehend the specifics of test design, implementation, and execution,
collaborate with development teams.
• Make sure that the right testing instruments and processes are applied at every stage of the
testing procedure.
#Experience_required
• At least 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor and a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
• Outstanding debugging and programming abilities in Python
• Strong familiarity with generic testing frameworks, packages, and methodologies
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a strong sense of cooperation.
• Practical experience interacting closely with microcontrollers and microprocessors
• Practical knowledge of the Robot automation framework.
• Practical knowledge of test frameworks such as PyTest, Unit-test, Flask, and others for Python development.
• Expertise in CI/CD and DevOps principles; ability to create pipelines with Jenkins and open-source tools
• It would be beneficial to know cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• It is favored to understand the tools used to implement Kubernetes,
containers, or virtualization technologies.
• Must have practical expertise in any Version Control System such as GIT.
