If you use a newer Ubuntu version, such as 24.04, all package names remain the same except for QT. Its name changes from lilbqt5core5a to qtbase5-dev
Please make a tutorial about a neutron detector, like He-3 filled proportional counters, then TLD, then Am-Be Neutron field.
Thanks a lot! I'm gonna model a cyclotron's solid target filled with Molybdenum-100 for my new research at the field of nuclear pharmaceuticals production. The provided STCyclotron advanced example isn't quite suitable for me, so I have to build the target and physics from "scratch". Your tuts help me a lot!
Professor, will you re-record the Root tutorial?
Thanks a lot for this tutorial! Also a simulation of a pixelated CZT or CdTe solid state detector for polarized photons will be interesting.
wow long time no see😁Your g4 tutorials are extremely useful
Thanks a lot Mustafa.
Can you make these tutorial on hadronic interactions.
I mean production of neutrons from a li-7(p,n)Be-7 reaction for example, determination of the produced neutrons and shielding these neutrons using paraffin, boron, High density polyethylene (HDPE), ..etc. It will be a great help 🙂
I install today geant4 following this video, and when I launch the example1, I get the pop-up screen and where it should be the graphical representation of the detector, I get nothing and I can see through that part of the pop-up; very strange. If anyone is facing the same problem please tell me
Show must go on hocam😅 Very glad to see you again
Nice one, Thanks!
