Continental is aiming to reduce development time for new ECUs. For the new Smart Cockpit HPC they have managed to create a full virtualization of the Infotainment System and the Instrument Cluster. Continental is able to provide a working environment in the Cloud that can be used as if a physical box is standing on the desk of a developer.
