Step 1) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool

Step 2) Update Windows
Step 3) Update Apps in Microsoft Store
Step 4) Repair/Reset Xbox App
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App

Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Uninstall gaming service
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 7) Install Xbox Identity provider

Step 8) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox Game Bar
Get-AppxPackage *Xbox* | Remove-AppxPackage
