Also on the water for the tower do you have to always buy or is there a water source we can use to fill it up?

If they had stayed with the dirt system they had from before, I might have kept this on my PC, and as I do admit that I like the new terraforming tools to a point, I am feeling (once again) disappointed by what they've done to the game.
