File Explorer Keeps Crashing, Freezing or Has Stopped Working in Windows 11/10 [Solution]

Is it okay to ask for your assistance,
I keep randomly losing internet connection on my pc, everyone else's is fine including wifi. I have tried the following steps
Flushed DNS
Turn off/restart, unplug ethernet and wifi
Tried a different ethernet and wifi adapter
Turn off Internet Protocol 6
Make sure all connections are secured
Make sure windows is updated
Make sure drivers are updated
All yield same results, and I don't know what to do fix this problem.
