I was able to see them without a black light by turning it slowly near a light but it is really difficult with the plastic sleeve on it. You gotta take it out of the sleeve to see it without a black light.
I bought a slab from overseas I thought was fake after looking at it. It said Nasdaq clt instead of PSA on reflective part of flip and the PSA on the bottom corner didn't look right either. Luckily I found it they used to be different so it's an older slab. I also put it up to a regular light bulb for a min or so, and you can get the tiny PSAs around the front and back of the flip to appear.
It's so frustrating. I found some fake PSA 10 cards on eBay and reported them. However, customer service has decided that the offer does not violate their principles. These offers are all still online.

Thank you for doing these kinds of videos though, the criminals are always going to be out there trying to scam people and PSA will always have to be out there innovating in order to keep confidence in their slabs high.

What about the qr code tho? It wouldn’t be in the psa database right?
You can do this with a regular phone flash light also. However, clearly it's much easier with a black light.
