Elitedesk 800 G1 Mini + 2 USB Drives + Truenas == New NAS (with a small wrinkle)

Seems like everyone has a “how to create a NAS” video – hoping this one is a bit unique in that we use 2 USB drives with RAID mirroring. But half way through one of the drives fails.
