Downed Limb Malfunction AR15 Drill

Strong hand downed limb malfunction drill… believe it or not, this is a student favorite. They learn a lot about manipulation of the weapon system if God for bid they should ever find themselves is such a horrible position. Plus it’s really fun for us as instructors to tape their hands, spray them with a slippery blood mixture and watch them awkwardly attempt to fix malfunctions.

  1. I do little make shift tactical training at home imma try this minus the Jammed ammo just wrapped hand and slippery weapon to practice reloading thanks guys never seen this drill before

  2. Hand without fingers left = Severe bloodloss = shock
Probability of that happening = So low, you wasted that mans money.
Good Job. Now get Training yourself before teaching others. (Medical included)

  3. This is terrible training, it has absolutely zero practicality and is just a waste of time and money. If you are already disabled, getting training to cope with your nubs or whatever will likely help, but if you just had a limb or chunk of a limb blown off it will not be useable, you will have no sense of touch of depth with it because of the damage, adrenaline, and blood loss. You teach people to take cover, administer self aid, and to communicate to get help. In combat operations these people are not expected to do anything but stay alive and wait for med evac or aid, letting severely wounded people lay down suppressive fire or fight back only increases the odds of friendly fire, and increases the odds the enemy returns fire in their direction while your medic is trying to get over to them. You people do not belong having guns if you want to play army without doing a responsible amount of research that's how people get unnecessarily hurt.
